Unique in the world are the razor clams and blocks made of burnt wood. In a patented process, the burnt layer is impregnated with a plastic to give it its strength.
This special, cool design is the eye-catcher during every BBQ and fits in any stylish professional kitchens.
Each piece is individually manufactured and only leaves our home if it meets our high quality standards.
Flamewood Evolution Santoku knife is a Japanese chef’s knife and can be used to cut all ingredients in the kitchen. The Flamewood Santoku knife is very popular in Western cuisine. This makes sense because in addition to the cool design and fit in the hand, these knives are often of a much higher quality than ordinary knives.
Japanese knives are a lot thicker than European knives. Because the material is a lot thicker, it can also be sharpened more easily and stays sharp longer. A disadvantage of this is that the knife is a lot more vulnerable.
The steel type of the Japanese chef’s knife is also a lot thicker. Hardness is measured on the Rockwell scale of Hardness. European knives have a hardness of up to 58. Japanese knives often only start at a hardness of 58.
Cuttworxs Evolution chef’s knife is the most used knife by every chef and home cook but in a very special design. The razor-sharp blade of this knife catches the eye because of its special design. The hammered blade, the fine damask structures and finally the FlameWOOD® patented burnt wood handle make this knife unique. Like all Cuttworxs knives, the chef’s knife fits perfectly in the hand and ensures the perfect edge.
